We’re Jacqui & Sharina, besties, customer service connoisseurs, and co-founders behind Serve You Right. A lifetime ago, we met on MediaCorp reality TV series “Can You Serve”, and conquered hospitality-themed, customer service challenges thrown our way (Jacqui emerged champion!). Over the years, we remained close, and kiasu about all things customer service. So, we decided to build the company of our dreams together – one that celebrates customer service and simplifies them for our clients (that’s you!).

Jacquelyn Chan

Recognized as “Singapore’s Customer Service Guru since her triumph on reality TV series “Can You Serve” in 2010, Jacqui’s life long enthusiasm for customer service actually bloomed during her first foray into the working world as a flight attendant with Singapore Airlines. Having learned from the best in delivering the highest service standards, Jacqui also embraced their SOAR (Service Over and Above the Rest) mantra and brought it to every service job she has had since.

This handy combination of first-class customer service knowledge and a positive mindset has seen Jacqui successfully leading operations and customer service training at a hospitality consultancy (as Chief Operations Officer for 12 years), and at various well-known F&B establishments in Singapore(transforming their customer service standards resulting in increased positive reviews and sales).

Complementing Jacqui’s customer service expertise is her personal philosophy of regularly putting people up on a pedestal so they feel valued, which together with her naturally personable disposition, has helped her win the hearts of numerous clients and colleagues over the years. Most importantly, they will testify that while Jacqui is always willing to share her honest opinions and difficult truths, they also know she will give her unwavering support and go the extra mile for them.

Having served the needs of hundreds of clients from commercial giants, to government organizations, to educational institutes throughout her career, Sharina feels blessed to have met and connected with people from diverse backgrounds. This ignited a devotion to customer care in Sharina, a strong desire to make people feel good about themselves – a hallmark of a true customer service connoisseur.

As a popular emcee and presenter with over 12 years of experience in client servicing, events management, public speaking, communications, and content production, Sharina is known for her zest for delivering engaging, high-quality experiences for her audiences. A master at captivating both large and small groups, Sharina is also extremely passionate about how the delivery of authentic service can rescue an initially bad experience, and leave a good impression that creates lasting relationships with people.

As her many satisfied customers would attest to, Sharina’s infectious energy creates a vibrant environment, her cheeky wit drives up the fun, and her warmth instantly puts people at ease, rewarding her participants with consistently productive, fulfilling, and enjoyable learning sessions.
